5. Mobile Application Terms

• You agree that we may automatically upgrade the app.
• The app is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.
• You agree not to reverse engineer the app.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

While some services are free, premium features may require payment. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as per our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

99Plus shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from use or inability to use the platform.
